I'm in Chicagoland, playing that annual winter game called "How cold will it get before you break out the 'big coat'?"
I am currently trying to remain employed while caring for my elderly dog who is my whole heart. And I am seriously finding the Adderall shortage to be unbearable. I'm unable to get through the simplest and smallest task without spending a lot of effort getting past exhaustion and distractions. Whilst calling around different places as per usual these days, I've run up against pharmacies who will not say whether they have any medication in stock.
So when I call my doctor to let them know where to send the prescription, it's then Schrodinger's meds until I learn if it's in stock or out of stock. Meanwhile, time and deadlines fly by before I've even had a chance to use the post-it notes for organizing the week. I would say that I definitely know this is a first-world problem, but then I have to be fr honest and say that this shouldn't even be a first-world problem.
Looking forward to 2024! Whoo!
