I am starting to get a bit aggravated and want to try to get some coaching or social group or something. This seems to be getting more and more difficult to control in direct contrast to living a healthier and healthier lifestyle ironically. Up at 3 am pacing and planning. Not healthy. Drop me a line if anyone has any ideas. Thanks a bunch.

Mid 40's, professional but rethinking everything at this point with kids off to school. Want to get fixed for the second half of my life (just the head) ;)
