I would like to join a group working on ACT for ADHD if anyone knows of one?
Is any else out there struggling with aging successfully and with your values and self esteem intact with ADHD these strange days?

Haven't seen much on ACT and ADHD. But ACT generally falls under the umbrella of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (with some debate) and CBT can be excellent for people with ADHD.
Have you been in therapy before. My advice for would be to go for it--with ACT or another method. Frankly, you have to find the right therapist--the therapist is in my view more important than the method. Good therapists are often eclectic drawing from a range of approaches--they FIND the right method to help their patients.
Are you diagnosed with depression? Sounds to me like you might be experiencing depression. Depression seizes on any vulnerability--including aging, including divorce but frankly ANYTHING--to work its harm. Again therapy and meds can help there. Go with both. Are you on depression meds?
