Hello! Undiagnosed/unmedicated. Can ADD actually prevent a person from preparing a small meal? As if it's too much trouble or too much effort? Thank you.

Yes, definitely. But we’re by far not the only ones! Look at all the instant, frozen, fast, delivered, etc food out there!!

For sure. Especially is you’re just feeding yourself. Sometimes adhd is such a weird thing. Like you’re paralyzed.

Absolutely, it's like the ability to act on what intellectually seems simple has been hobbled and even when you make yourself, feels physically difficult and exhausting.
