Do you ever feel wrong?

Like your just think the wrong thing. Act the wrong way. You just overthink or underthink. Can’t talk enough or talk to much. Everything you do is wrong and there’s no way to fix it. You mess up every friendship and then feel alone but don’t want to feel alone. Your too scared to step out of your comfort zone even if you want to.

Hello Scarlett72You just described me! My whole life I felt wrong or rather that something was wrong with me, but I couldn’t figure out what. I over think all the time, ruined friendships, terrible in school and so much more. I was diagnosed with ADHD six months ago and from there have finally started putting all the pieces of my puzzle together. I hope this helps.❤️

Sure!- that is part of life and frankly everyone feels that way at one time or another - ADHD or not . What 🌺 is important is to get help- that is just negative self talk and a BAD habitQ!!!!- easier to make yourself wrong than to take action! Cognitive Behavioral Therapy works and get into ongoing ADHD support group. Get ADHD coach if you can afford and if needed for getting life going . Do two 5110 minute mindfulness sessions- ( try the Calm app) daily. get exercvise daily and write 5-10 things you are grateful for every day. write down your daily to doi list- Estimate how long things will take and then double it- DO NOT MAKE YOURSELF WroNG IF YOUR DAY DOES NOT GO AS PLANNED! IT IS A BAD HABIT ! I do it too much but working with my therapists and and ADHD group to notice when I am going it and Stop the action ! You are not alone -

24/7. For those suggesting ADHD specific groups or coaches: I don’t know of anyone who can afford it. Am I wrong here? I’d love to sit down with other ADHD brains for group therapy. My dream is to meet others in Group therapy, understand and support each other-and eventually exchange #s to call/text for ADDitional friendly, motivational reminders to be at the next group session. I wish health insurances covered ADHD coaches-my state only has 5! I am thankful for your kind words. I’m frustrated at the lack progress I’m making. There’re major deficits in our healthcare system, diminishing mental health awareness.
