Has anyone else had issues where they feel like they’re sweating but see no sweat spots and feel like they get hot especially when your brain feels overloaded? And also has issues with how clothing feels when your brain feels completely overloaded?

You mean you think you’re sweating when your brain has been overloaded and don’t know if your actually are sweating or not?

Is there any ways you’re able to overcome it or how do you deal with it?

I think it is in response to anxiety from the brain overload. When I feel anxious with a known cause, in this case brain overload, I make myself stop what I'm doing and do breathing exercises. Then get back to work. Of course I have to realize what's happening first. Learning to recognize anxiety takes some practice. The more you do it the easier it gets.

Has anyone else also had any issues with deodorant and towards the end of the evening/ night your armpits start to feel sticky?

I also have autism so sometimes it’s hard to figure out if it’s the autism or adhd that’s making my brain overstimulated and causing me to sweat.

Probably doesn't matter. Try taking a deep breath through your nose. Concentrate on filling your stomach with air. Hold it for a slow count to 4. Breath air out slowly and completely through your mouth. Repeat until you feel your body and mind relaxing.
