Since it is still a School From Home from where I am from, there are a lot of things that distract me at home, like my puppy or my phone. But when I don't pay attention to them, I get random outburst of energy and dance to songs or cannot focus at all. I once tried to not listen to songs, or podcasts, or YouTube, but I can't concentrate even more. If you have a trick please tell me

If you have to write a paper: have a separate page or document to just jot down all your ideas, in no particular order. You can keep going back to it every time a new idea distracts you. Then try to make an outline out of that random list of ideas. Then your outline has broken the thing into sections that you can do one at a time, and take breaks in between.
I have a hard time staying focused, too. What my pediatric doctor did for me when I was first diagnosed was prescribe a 10 mg dose of Ritalin for me to take at 4 to help me focus
Try playing only instrumental music! Place the puppy and your phone in a different room. Sit up in a good chair with a straight back near a clock with hands on it! Avoid the digital type clocks!
