Right ok, so I've always had trouble reading big blocks of type. Like with no paragraph breaks or anything, or just normal stuff, I have trouble concentrating on reading consistently, as my mind gets a little bit distracted and I lose my place randomly or skip ahead.
I've found a really cool google extension called BeeLine Reader. It costs 2$ monthly for the extension, but I believe the ios app is only a one time 2$ payment.
Anyway, what it does is change the colour of the text so it's a gradient between two different colours. The default is Red/Blue but there are also a couple of other options - I prefer the Black/Grey option personally because the colours don't distract me.
It has a couple of other functions such as substituting online fonts for a Dyslexic-Friendly font, as well as some options designed to blur out or remove distracting adds that often pop up in the margins of text - I haven't tried these out so I can't account for their usefulness though.
