Any Anti Social Socially Awkward Sensitive ADHD support group?

Any support groups/forums/resources for people with ADHD to understand “normal” acceptable social skills and tricks?

I feel as a person with ADHD i weird people out and want to know what is more normally accepted and what isn’t in certain environments and all environments to not overthink things and cause unneeded anxiety

Even talking about adhd in general to regular people weirds them out IMO lol

Ive always been honest and blunt and can be either shy or talk a lot depending on my interest and comfort level.

Might not be the best question for people who are sensitive people but would be great if there was something like this or to start one if there isn’t

Ive found it works well to join several groups over several platforms and on different pages.

You get a good variety, and can shuffle around as the mood hits you.

I havent seen a group *just* focusing on that. But many groups, you just ask whatever you want to talk about. And you'll find that a LOT of others have had similar musings.

Try a few of the FaceBook Groups. I only socialize in small its and bits...but I love it in them when I do visit. (oh...I hope its okay to post other site's groups here)

I'm new to this one. Theyre a bit different than most support groups. This group apparently wants the group funny or nothing.

Could be a neat place to get and share a laugh occasionally.

Thank you for the tip very much appreciated

Will look into the webinar for sure.

Never had much social issues younger but things change as we get older I guess

I feel like my ADHD had me too focus on advancing my career I totally lost track of having any sort of social life skills I had when in high school and college and that I’m weirding people out just trying to have friendly conversation.

Thanks again for the resources
