How do I use this forum?

HI- new here, and a bit confused as to how to use this online forum. Is there a way to sort the posts into categories/topics or subforums? Or is the forum just a list of years and years of posts in a single list? ex: can I sort or view posts about Therapy or say, Medicine or organization etc? I see the search function, but Im pulling up tons of info that's not what Im looking for.

Any help on using this forum would be appreciated.

thanks!

This forum isn't as user friendly or organized as the HowToADHD forums. In general, you can search for a topic or interest in the search box. Or you can search by date.
