I consider to take Apple cider vinegar. As i heared it supports our immune system and works as a probiotic supplement. Do you have any experiences on it ? Tell me something please.

I love it ☺ it is great for blood pressure and loads of other benefits for health .I try not to take it around the same time as I take my meds tho because my medication works better with an alkaline stomach , so I take it at a later time after I have taken my morning Meds , and I always rinse my mouth out well afterwards because it can be be quite acidic on your teeth .

'great for blood pressure' may means i need to take it with lower than regular dose. Because, i have a tendency to lower blood pressure. Although, my regular blood pressure is normal.

I suufered from chronic hypotension before starting treatment. When i take more than one pill of omega 3 fatty acid i see my blood pressure become low. Not only with OMG3 it happens with amla, neem powder also. They all modrates blood pressure. Thank you.

It tastes nasty by itself. I prefer just taking my probiotic supplements.

And I like the health benefis of wheatgrass in drinks is also good. Add other fruits like lemon so It doesn't taste like grass. It has 14 benefits that also helps my immune system, and digestion, etc.

Wheatgrass ? I'll definitely have a look at that thanks - I've tried milk kefir , you buy the live granules on line and make it yourself but it's a lot of faffing about , and I've tried bone broth but that was just too strong and made me break out in a rash , must of reacted with my medication or summat

Granules, that sounds new. And bone broth also new to me. I will look for these, thanks. Instead of kefir i consumed sour curd for long time but they are not same. lol.

Milk kefir , it sounds familiar. I think I have tried that about a year ago at a coffee house.

It was originally brewed with yaks milk by himalayan sheep farmers for centuries, it's full of pro biotics and really good for your gut health
