I wanted to share to everyone that it was a great experience and so worth the 2 hour trip to this meeting. If you live in that area or near it's so worth the trip. I was lucky to be able to contact my childhood friend out in Tucson and she let me stay at her house so I can go to this important meeting for adults who have ADHD. Very informative and I learned so much . It was so refreshing to be around other like minded people like myself who struggles with ADHD. The group was welcoming and non judgmental, and plenty of room to sit and listen or talk.
