I’m getting anxiety daily about different situations. I’m going for a run right now (literally about to turn on the music). I drove to a state park parking area, it was a few area, I don’t carry cash, and am sooo broke that alone gives me stress on a daily basis. I drove to a nearby shopping center, parked on the perimeter, and am now standing here worrying about being towed. It feels crippling... but I’m over it. I need to run just to forget about that alone.

I hope you are feeling better now. Regular exercising will make you stronger to face the challenge of ADHD
I have 100% found this to be the case. Considering how different my mind works than most others, I’ve been combining my meditation with my leg exercises lately by speed waking with pumping energetic house music after my kids go to bed for anywhere from 40 mind to an hour a few nights a week (when I need it). Every time I do this I feel so rejuvenated afterwards. I’ve also been doing HIIT training videos on YouTube, casting them to my chrome cast.
It’s a crazy feeling keeping you body in tune with your mind. It seems to be improving my focus, self confidence, and ability to get things done.
