Just watched the two videos with Brett Thornhill about what it's like being diagnosed as an adult and it's making me cry. Which is good, it's helping get in touch with my feelings. Of course as a child, I cried a lot with all the frustration of not understanding why I was different but over the years I've grown numb and it's really been damaging to my being.

That’s cool, I love Jessica! She’s so funny while still getting the point across. I haven’t seen the ones you’re talking about yet, but some of my favorites are the school tips (plus cute animals) trio, and the relationship advice ones.
I'm the same, I started feeling numb when I started taking my medication, concerta XL. I've tried talking to my psychiatrist but there are limited treatment options here in the UK so he won't prescribe anything else that I'm willing to try 😡sucks
Hi Rachel, that seems pretty impressive that you're able to observe in yourself that side effect. I don't know much about the medications but maybe a smaller dosage? Thanks for sharing.
