How do I help myself

My sister really helps me with my kids and goes through her own health issues as well. I need to step and help her with whatever she needs but I don't know what I should do first or what the first step should be in prioritizing and organizing my life. Help!!!

everyone is different when it comes to organizing there lives, you have already done the first thing and admitted that there is an issue. It probably wouldn't hurt talking to a councilor or psychologist.
