Hello everyone,

I've recently started using Shilajit Ireland to improve my sleep and manage stress, and the natural benefits have been impressive so far. I'm still exploring the best sources for this supplement.

For those who use Shilajit Ireland:

Do you have a preferred brand or store?

Are there specific labels like organic or third-party tested you recommend?

Have you found better quality or pricing online versus local health stores?

Hello Andrew,

This is the first I have heard about this supplement. I did a quick search and found a handful of studies, but they do not recommend this supplement as a treatment or complementary approach. It is not approved to treat ADHD.

We do encourage open discussion on complementary and lifestyle approaches to help with managing ADHD symptoms. But there are some approaches or supplements that don't have much science behind the or are very new products. This is likely not the place to ask for brand or product suggestions.

A better choice is to take you question to your healthcare provider or pharmacist (North America) or chemist (United Kingdom/Europe). That individual can advise you better when it come to complementary or nutritional supports.
