My son 13 years old, ADHD/ Gifted was removed from school due to tardiness, and I did not authorize it. Now he's homeschool, but I paid $750 a month for tutoring, and is too hard for me work because I need support my son. He is too sad and alone, he want return to school, and I did all to return him but the district deny everything. How can I do to find help scholarship and support to my son. I lost the funds of StepUp. And what test can I do to know how this abrupt change is affecting his mental health? And watch therapy he needs

If you are interested in returning your son to his previous (or a new) school you could try to rely on the following for school support, accomodations, or possibly even establishing his dismissal was illegal. (This is obviously not based on personally knowing the particulars of his school options or local mandates/laws.)
If you are talking about tardiness regarding getting to school in the morning, you may be able to tap into your school's IEP/504 accomodations to address this based on an ADHD diagnosis. See the following article on this being a scientifically identified problem for children with ADHD:
"Early Morning Functioning in Stimulant-Treated Children and Adolescents with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, and its Impact on Caregivers."
Journal of child and adolescent psychopharmacology, 25(7), 558–565. Sallee F. R. (2015).
If this is more of a "getting from one class to another" issue, you could again tap into school IEP/504 resources, as there are plenty of ways to assist with that problem. Here is a study on one such approach. (For an APA abstract of the study, see psycnet.apa.org/record/2020...
"A peer-delivered intervention for high school students with impairing ADHD symptoms."

Thanks. My son have a I EP. Right now, I don't trust the school or the system because they've done everything illegal and destructive for my son. I don't want to return to public school until I get a guarantee that they'll do what's legal and constructive for my son. My focus now is on his emotional health and continuing his education.
