I am looking for a support group for parents with children diagnosed with adhd. I am struggling and need help. I am located near the Lehigh valley in Pennsylvania

Hi there - just to let you know that you’re not alone. Most of us here have or are struggling as we raise our kids with ADHD. It is not always an easy path for sure. I came here when I was struggling and found lots of good information that helped me on my journey.

Welcome Elizabeth,

I came here looking for the same thing (son has ADHD, 17.5 years old, hot mess) and found it! I hope that looking through the posts you find something that resonates with you. I know for me, I just wanted to know I wasn’t alone and to hear some stories of hope. I wish you the best, and know that you’re not alone, your struggles are real, we’ve likely all asked ourselves some version of the questions that you’re asking yourself and you should be proud of yourself for reaching out!

Check out ADHD Dude Ryan Wexelblatt. He has free resources as well as a parent training program for a nominal monthly charge of $20. With that you also get access to his support through office hours and responses to your questions. He helped our family so much. You will not be disappointed!

Hi! Check Facebook for adhd related groups in your area. I was able to find a few different ones for the area I live in and one of them meets in person once a month. Hope this helps!
