As a 23yo adult child with adhd, support of those close to us is SO important for navigating ADHD successfully, especially where comorbid conditions are present such as anxiety and depression.
But where can do they go to learn HOW to help?
Any info, experience, insight, tips are appreciated, thanks all!

How amazing that you’re here and what a great question for you to ask! You are right that parental supports can make a big difference and I will say, as a parent, that we struggle! I don’t know about good resources in the UK. In the US many ADHD coaches run parent groups and do one-on-on support for parents. typically, these are for kids and teens. Adhd kids can thrive has a Facebook page and parent support group as well as a Emmy zoom I believe they just started and also a podcast where the topic gets discussed in the zoom call and parent support group
