Looking for a support group online for support with my estranged 34 year old son with ADHD

Hi Roerymum, welcome to this forum/ support network. I'm sorry to hear of your estrangement from your son. I have a 27year old ADHD Inattentive daughter and we have been through various stages of estrangement and reconnection over the last 10 years. Would you be willing to say a little more about your situation, what you are hoping for, what you think the source of estrangement is etc.? It can feel risky sharing here at first if you aren't used to it AND its hard to be helpful without a little more information about what you are looking for for yourself in terms of support and for you and your son's relationship going forward.
