Hello everyone, I am new to this group, and I hope to connect with parents who are experiencing the same struggle as me; regarding my question, what opinion can you give me about the medication 'Atomoxetine' for children diagnosed with ADHD?

Medicine for children with ADHD
We have had a positive experience.
I do not have experience with this exact medication, but I know how life changing.it has been for our son to take medication to help reduce the symptoms of ADHD. The great thing about trying medication is that if it is not working and you follow the instruction about how much to take and when, if it is not working your child can stop and you will know you tried.
From my experience and many members, it sometimes takes a trail and error to get what works for your child.
We are always here to support you and answer any questions you have.
Fingers crossed you have success.
My grandson was on it for years but with other medications also. He could not handle stimulants, they made him so angry, so Straterra worked best. At 17 we are now backing him off of it.
no experience w that medication but I’ll second that medicine has been a game changer for my 6 year old. Good luck!
my kiddo just started it and currently takes it at night which makes him sleep. The dosage is off so they are making changes to that.
