Smart watches for ADHD kids

Do smart watches or watches for ADHD help kids focus and get things done? If so, which works? They all seem to have poor ratings.

Sorry no one has responded to your post. There are pros a cons to kids using a smart watch. I think one of the positives is be able to set an alarm and them feel it on there wrist. Most watches need to be connected to a cell phone so they need to already be familiar with downloading Apps. And setting alarms.

One of the down sides is they are always connected. There is no break unless it is off their wrist. Also, I would not want any games on it because they would always be staring at it.

Our son has all of his Apps needed for school on his phone and is sometimes doing school work on it.

Hope this helps.

Agree- I would be afraid that my son would be playing with the watch when he should be concentrating on school. I have heard great things about the revibe system, but I was turned off that it was expensive and had a month cost. I want to find a smartwatch that can alert my son to an elevated heart rate due to his anxiety, but I haven’t found one I like yet.
