I'm a dad of an ADHD son and I made an app to help manage his meds and mood triggers.

I want to share it with others. I'm not charging anything. The app is free and it has no ads. I just want to help others. EmojiTrack+.

It tracks behavior and mood changes and compares it with meals and medicine doses and combines it in one view so you can help see how well he is being managed. Works well when we go to doctors visits to have documented specifics as to how well meds and things are working.

It is easy for my son to use since he just has to select colorful emojis to express how he is feeling. Which moods to show is customizable. You can create accounts in the app to track more than one child. Notes sections allow you to decide what details and specifics you track.

This is a great idea! I use Migraine Buddy to track my migraine symtpoms. Can this app be used on multiple phones? For example can both my husband and I have it and share an account?

Not yet. I'm looking to update the app with additional features. And that's something I definitely want to add in the future.

That is amazing!!!! I am so thankful to have a place like this, populated by such dedicated and awesome parents. It can be the most lonely and overwhelming place here as a parent. Constantly feeling like you are up against used car salesmen rather than the place set up for no other purpose than to nurture and educate children. Blows my mind daily.
