I trie to motivate my son with words of encouragements. Sometimes I will surprise him with cards of positive quotes and encouraging words. I want to share with parents as an idea because children love to be motivated and helps to build self esteem for children who are struggling with a disorder.

I love this! Thanks for the positive words of advice. I verbally do this for my 2 children with adhd each day but i love the idea of little notes!
