School starts Wednesday for us. Just wanted to wish you all a happy and healthy school year. My daughter and I will each write our own goals and expectations for the school year and share them with each other tomorrow night.

Hi, I am new at this and I am needing to start somewhere to get support for myself. My 9 year old son has ADHD. Sometimes I feel so lost in figuring out how to talk to him and communicate with him. It can be very frustrating. He leans towards having inattention, which effects his school work and his confidence. I just need to talk to parents who are going through the same things.
