Lunchtime walk. Actually forgot to do the challenge, but just wanted to get out and about, as I’ve been walking indoors on my new basic treadmill recently. It is doing its thing, as I think it’s permanently set 3% incline is actually giving me a reasonably good workout.

And today, when walking outdoors, after ca 3 days of walking only indoors (and one outdoor run), my energy levels and “walking bounce” was excellent.

“Walking bounce” is, of course, the technical word for “walking jolly”, which my husband tells me is another technical term.

Happy walking, everyone!

Oh… and Chicago, the band! Not the place. 😁🎶🔊🎺🎶🎺🎺🎶🎷
