🍏#25 Day Challenge

🍏 Day 8 was for the Hot & beautiful Autumn colours, a hospital visit, a hopelessly wet day and a home, sweet home cup of tea! Sadly no walk! One of   CBDB ’s grace days 😊

One of the original intentions of this challenge was to walk with Intention a good reminder on Day 9. As I set out today in the really icy 🥶 wet wind passing the local skating pit that looked more like a swimming pool, I decided to be intentionally grateful. This turned it all into a very positive experience. 20 mins of very fresh air later I was home enjoying a hot shower & comforting cup of coffee. Intensely satisfying! Xx

What beautiful trees, oh my! They are a site to behold. And the top right picture does look like a water-logged river skatepark! 😳 it does look like swimming is more apt, currently!

It's just part of the condition now, plus a hangover from all the stuff they shove in my veins, but last month after a few days I noticed a huge difference, I ran a few steps but do get very out of breath, if I hadn't been X rayed I might be worried.
