I'm tired today and I have grandsons coming to visit for lunch so no real exploring just a short walk so I can tick off another day.The sky is a beautiful blue and I was pondering whether to have that as my letter when I rounded the corner and there it was π the monkey puzzle tree , perfect.
Enjoy your walks, even when tired a short walk is beneficial, and I was lucky enough to have sunshine.
Strava tells me this was lighter than my 30 day average π€£ never mind I've done housework and washings on the line.....the big thing for me is it was my 5th day of going for a walkπ and I came back with a deep purple budliea cutting π² the ones I have are pale so it'll be a nice contrast. I've found a honeysuckle too which I might be able to get a cutting from.
Tomorrow I'll be hooked up to an IV line for 5 hours and may come home sleepy so not sure a walk will happen, don't fancy trundling round the hospital corridors with my tripod with bags of fluid hanging off it .....although π€£π€£π€£ maybe π€

My last one had wheels, with all that fluid going in I need to be able to wheel it to the loo. I've always been fascinated by monkey puzzle trees, I'd love one in my garden but they are expensive even for a little one. But I've found out where I keep getting lost on the way home, it's left at the monkey puzzle not right π€£π€£ xx
How lovely to have your grandsons visit! π₯°Despite your tiredness, it sounds like a good day with a productive short walk in the sun too! Canβt beat some free plants!
I got 2 of them and we enjoyed lunch together, they are 19 and 20 πThanks, tomorrow will drag a bit but otherwise it'll be fine and then I don't go back until December π
Similar ages, mine are a bit older but not much, they are 21, 21, 20, 19 π and were lots of fun when they were little and all at my house, now they are just lovely and all grown up, one granddaughter and 3 grandsons ,
