I like those Instagram feeds where a runner’s route deliberately draws an image on a map. I often look at Strava/Garmin maps and think there’s an image of something in there, but I can’t work out what that one is 😊
I am nowhere fit as I used to . Did a 7.16 km walk this morning time of 1hour 15 mins. But I am starting to feel ribs and back same as last time getting tighter, so back on the slow again. It feels like I said like a gorilla squeeze but treading careful. Mr D tonight decided to want to go another wee walk. Just 2.95 km 17500 steps for the day. That’s a lot for me so hope won’t suffer.

my running buddy is 74 and she is amazing vs my 57yrs! We were doing 10k Training in January when I had my accident and broke my shoulder my 1st thought was I had to let her know I couldn’t run tonight and sorry to let her down! Before I rang for help! 😂
She really inspires me I hope to be doing 10ks and maybe a half marathon at her age!
When I think back and realised I couldn’t run more than a minute 5yrs ago and now I can run a whole 5k I never thought I could ever do that! It’s amazing what you can do when you put your mine to it!
