I just did a 4km walk after watching this video and I swear I was walking taller, so I thought I'd share. 😊

Gretchen makes the following tips:

1) Create space between your hips and your rips (or lengthen your core)

2) Imagine a pile of books are balancing on your head

3) Keep hips even and balanced

4) Roll thru foot from heal to toe

5) Support the swing of your arms with your back muscles (instead of your shoulders...)

6) Keep your box square (that's Pilates talk... the box is the square when connecting your two shoulders and your hip bones)

For more details, of course, check out the video πŸ˜‰ And let me know if you, too, notice a difference... maybe I was just imagining things 🀣

Thank you for posting this. I'm trying to increase my walking, following an injury, so this advice will be very helpful.
