#Smellwalk March Challenge: I’ve bin forced to cancel this one…

I’ve got a few sessions with a PT in the city centre. The first one at the ridiculous time of 7.30am. I thought I’d reward myself with a quiet walk around the city before the masses arrive and enjoy my smell walk.

It is BIN DAY!!! I have seen no fewer than five bin lorries driving around. On the grounds that it is absolutely disgusting, I am cancelling the smell walk and seeking refuge in a cafe. I can now smell coffee and Welsh cake. That’s better.

You chose the wrong day for a smell walk around the city, bin day isn't the day for doing that, the smell of coffee and Welsh cake smells lovely, I am sure you enjoyed both.

Thanks Alan! It was really unlucky with all the bin lorries around. A good excuse for a treat which went down very well indeed!!
