I said the other day I didn’t like rain but it rained on Mr D and my walk today Whoz idea was this. I was going anyway if Mr D didn’t go. . All uphill to start then levelled off , then back uphill past the golf course couldn’t see anyone there, Back down hill then the heavens opened and the sleet hail and rain started , and cold. Must invest in waterproof thick gloves like ski gloves. Hands freezing. It didn’t half blow the cobwebs away.
Enjoy your walks whatever the weather.

A big congratulations to you Doris8 on that 6.68 Km walk despite the awful weather, for your next walk you could invest in waterproof clothing, that would make you feel more comfortable in wet conditions, as for me Tuesday is the day that I only walk 3.5K to the supermarket and back, then a big washing and at 2pm a short walk with Holly the dog, I am more active on a Wednesday with my midweek run, tomorrow it will be my 138th (not ) parkrun, you may remember I told you on Sunday that I walked a slightly different course as I usually do in preparation for my 5K run on Wednesday, that walk went well so I will be running it tomorrow.
Thanks Almorr. Bit the waterproof jacket and baseball hat sealskin waterproof. Legs are not too bad just still in leggings. It’s the hands , looking for some on internet. I put washing out before walk this morning and it was soaked as well. I would say you’re active all the time on your walking and running. I put my walks in to (not )parkrun on 120 now. Good luck tomorrow hope weather stays reasonable.
well done AL. Did a 5 k walk early this morning and just back from another with MR D. He wanted to go out now , but on hindsight I would be better going for another walk afternoon instead of thev2 I had this morning, I also did the February challenge active 10 for a 12 min walk . Having a well deserved cup of ginger tea. 🚶♀️
