This morning very wet outside at 6.20 am but hey ho off I went , it can only go skin deep. Very muggy and wet but ok. My walk was t very exciting went along the main road , cars going too fast in wet conditions and then up past the duck ponds, weather for ducks!! Saw my neighbour going to Catholic Church he thought I was mad. Only saw one more person a man running a good morning from him. My 8 km was in 1 hour 16 . Comfortable pace. Going to try the last 1 km slow jogging the same speed I walk just twice a week , feel that’s enough. Back for brekkie Mr D making breakfast , he said he slipped on wet and fell in bush 🙁 but ok just scratches,
