I try and do a 2/3 mile walk before work. Currently out on my 3 mile walk find It as a very enjoyable way of chilling and start to the day. I have suffered from anxiety and depression so definitely helps. I’ve lost the weight I wanna lose and find his the perfect way to maintain weight and good for the mind.
