The same happened to me weeks ago. Sent a message to the app people and I've had zilch back. Given up on the app completely now. Very disappointing response.

This has also just happened to me. I got a new phone, same make as the old one, but the app just doesn't start NOT_AVAILABLE. It's bad enough that the last upgrade was a huge retrograde step, now, just nothing. Extremely annoying.
