There will always be days where your energy levels as well as motivation will be low, but it’s bout working through that and trying your best. I’ve had those days too, but I know the end result as long as I stay determined will be better then my energy less days.

True Darker. And not all those days are because of our illnesses. They can be because of glitches in our relationships with others, the weather, bad memories that surface, and the sheer fact of feeling we are growing older. It helps to be aware of what the reasons can be, because then we may have the pain, but we will not suffer much.

Hi @suryakaizen, I got diagnosed with pulmonary sarcardosis 4 years ago as well as curvature of my neck. I am going to be 41 in 8 days and even though I’ve had days as well months where my health has been that bad it never stopped easy giving up on trying to improve my health. As no one will look after yourself like the way you do

True, Darker. You are young in comparison to many others of us in this forum, and it never is easy when your health challenges you on a daily basis. But I must say I like your spirit! Check in on your birthday as I’d like to wish you.
