Firstly don’t despair, my first run out I came back home exactly the same. If you found it really was a bit much for now. Take a couple of weeks doing week one but pick up your walking pace instead of running, sometimes we need a bit of help to build up.

I have seen many runners come home from their first run the same as you and have seen them carry on to graduate to running 30mins. Always remember it is a journey not a race take it nice and slow and at your own pace. Rfc x

Years after completing C25K, my face still goes very very red. So don't worry about that one. Keep at it very slowly. If you find it too much, you can always try it alternating fast and slow walking instead. It's a journey.
