I will Be going out later but will have to make sure it is an easy walk. I have my HM next weekend and I need to have rested muscles as I have found training for this one quite hard.

Yes most definitely. I was active yesterday as well as I went to the malvern spring show which I really enjoyed and did 7 miles throughout the day.
