I’m a very late starter in trying to get fit. I have just done 15 minutes of brisk walking and found it quite easy. I am in my late 60’s and am overweight by about 2 stone. Will be interesting to see what effect it will have after say 1 month.

Well done on your start. Walking is a great versatile exercise that has loads of benefits. You will see the difference in a month. Keep coming back and tell us how you are getting on.
