Let’s Walk week 5

I can’t believe we are on week five already. How have we all managed with th bad weather. I think we got a bit spoiled over summer.

A couple of Walks for me, I am still on strong antibiotics and they are making me feel a little off, so I haven’t done anything too strenuous.

Hi Rfc - sorry you're still not feeling well. I'm not too chipper either! Nothing really specific, just niggling assorted pains and HUGE feet - I've had to buy a pair of shoes in a bigger size just so I can get out of the door!?!

Geeze louise. Another week gone by already eh? Pretty good week for walking for me. Thanksgiving in Canada this weekend so I got out for a few after dinner strolls.
