A few good walks this week. I did our local hill twice this week. I realise I haven’t been doing it much lately, made my shins hurt a bit the next day. I really must keep the hill in my exercise routines. 😀.
Sounds a steep hill I hope it was interesting for you, I don't do well with hills so I admire you for putting it in your routine. Brilliant.

Ooh. Good work on the hill. My shins hurt if I walk too fast. Haven't noticed a difference on hills yet
I've managed to walk with the dogs everyday except yesterday when the dogs went to kennels ready for us to go and stay with friends. But I spent the day cleaning the house from top to bottom and I was annoyed that I didn't get out for my walk until I looked at my watch and saw that I walked more yesterday than any other day with over 1600 steps the last time I looked.
Oh well done cal100! Good for you and your dogs! Cleaning the house isn't my favourite thing to do either - but it sure does use up energy

Had a Nordic walk with my friend today through the woods and along the river bank

It was. Enjoy Nordic walking when im not at work on mon and fri.
Mixed results for me this week. Zero after dinner walks, but I've met family and friends for walks a few days. Things are really busy for me here so I'm happy just to be squeezing in the walks, day or night.
I'm on track with my challenge to walk 5k three times a week, cycle with my turbo trainer for 20 minutes three times a week and attend a jive dance class. Had to have a day off last Sunday though, as I was exhausted! I've just signed up to a challenge with Race at my Pace to walk 80k during October - hope I'm not being too ambitious!
