Is there a way of logging an interest in finding others to walk with?

I find that the GP surgeries are the best place to start to find if there is an active walking group. If not you could always encourage them to start one. Then in some areas local news papers have rambling groups or now a days a local twitter feed might have some information. Keep coming back on here a let us know how you are getting on as well, we are a good virtual group for motivation.

Hi

I’ve found several walking groups through Walking for Health a government initiative. I’ve also found several on Meetup.

Thanks for advice.
