Just realised not w-book but e-book. Auto correct gone mad.

I don't suppose anyone else is trying to get more walking done despite having planter fasciitis. It's killing me.

I have my kindle in my hand as we speak!?! Sorry about the fasciitis - I don't have it, but my grandson does, so painful.

Oh that is very painful, I had it some years back, I eventually bought some inserts for my shoes/trainers which was the only thing that got rid of it I still wear inserts.

It makes you feel that you just want to sit down and when you get up you have to hobble around for a while ☹️

Hi, I had it before but its affecting my heel too this time ( different foot). I have inserts, foot roller, 500ml frozen bottle of water and with my wall stretches and stretch massage exercises given by podiatrist last time around I should be able to stumble tomorrow.

I have had this problem now for 8 months ( 2 years last time). I am determined this time it will be cured by summer.

Today I managed a 4.5 mile walk/ scramble before it started to hurt.
