Big exciting news.

Yesterday was a big day for this forum, I had a meeting with the powers that be and they want to integrate our little forum with the NHS web page and the Active 10 app.

The forum would stay the same in essence, we always have been and always will be supportive and inclusive. The motto of this forum is “no one gets let behind. “

All we will do, is have a little name change and have a new sparkly widget on our page and reinforce our motto so eveyone who comes feels included.

Our new name when it comes will be Active 10

I think that because this is so big we should have a special walking challenge over Christmas so when the new people come they can see how supportive we are.

If you give me a couple of days I will come up with something that will include eveyone, no matter what your ability is, also it is good to have a little something to help us move off the Xmas eating 😀

I think, with small runner in training, any Christmas excess, may be walked off very quickly!

That's fantastic news. I haven't walked much at all lately as I'm under the physio for a damaged knee but I haven't given up as I am using an exercise bike for around 4 to 5 times a week, half an hour each time, using weights, stomach exercises and my physio. It's a lot doing it all but it's working
