Welcome to our virtual walking group. We are here to support and encourage. I always find that being part of a group helps to keep the motivation going and makes it more fun.
Whatever the walking goals you are working towards is fine, it is all about encouraging each other to achieve those little goals as we progress.
Please feel free to post as many times as you like through the week and the at the beginning of the new week I will put a new post up. I'm going to number the posts but that's more for my benefit but if you want to use the weeks to set yourself goals please do.
Wishing you a happy healthy week and happy walking. ๐ถโโ๏ธ๐ถโโ๏ธ๐ถโโ๏ธ๐๐๐.

I had a good week last week. One of my best walks was doctor related. My thyroid is feeling a bit out so I had to go and see my doc so I walked there, then she wanted some bloods doing so I decided rather than go home and get the car I would walk to the hospital then looped back home. All in all it was a 9.9km walk. I did make sure I had water as I've had a nightmare with blood test when I was a bit dehydrated. But it felt good, I was home for 11am having completed all my steps for the day ๐.
Oh well done Realfoodieclub! It's so difficult to keep up with your walking regime - or any exercise plan for that matter - when you're feeling unwell. I do hope you're feeling better today!
