Hooray - 1700 steps for the second day in a row! I'm tempted to push the boat out and go for 2000 (my short term goal!) tomorrow, but I shall resist temptation this time. The last time I pushed myself that tad too far I could hardly move for a week! Kinda defeated the purpose! So, hopefully Monday will be the day.

Brilliant, well done kay50! Take it easy & fingers crossed for reaching your goal.
Please don't over do it with the walking. I did just that and have had very painful feet for the past couple of weeks, so much so that I couldn't even get my walking shoes on.
They're feeling a lot better now after some rest and using ice to get the inflammation down. I obviously tried to do too much too soon. So take heed!!

Wow your going great there.. I think you are wise to wait until Monday you dont want to undo all your hard work. Itll come round soon enough. 😀
