YESTERDAY WAS MY FISRT DAY IN 12 WEEKS PLAN...AND I DECIDED TO MAKE IT GREAT from the begining. i wanna keep a list of everything i eat and to respect the "sport time". So i had a 45 min of rolling skates. i feel so happy beeing a part of your awesome group. thanks alot for this !

My first day tomorrow - newbies together. Going to set my alarm clock for the morning and start with a 6 km walk , might as well start as I mean to go on. Emyno - keep up the good work.
