Oh dear, don't worry we all have times like that. The best thing is to just draw a line under it and forget it, start afresh. I'm best if I start with a Monday and then I will prepare myself in all days leading up to Monday getting myself ready to start. If that helps at all. Good luck, we will help you get back on track.
Also feel free to join our walking group as that will give you weekly motivation as well. 😀.
How about you make a schedule and write it in your diary, or stick it on the fridge? Say to yourself "I will walk on Mon, Wed, and Sat", or whatever, depending on your timetable. You commit to going out even if it's just for a short walk...you could promise yourself a (healthy, not chocolate!) treat if you stick to your plan for, say, three weeks. That's what would work for me. Keep posting, let us know how you get on.
...so I am now the owner of a cross trainer and a fitbit... finally feeling a lot more positive.
