Ive had vestibular schwannoma /acoustic neuroma removed in January 2013. Until now tinnitus has always been there but suddenly more persists and occasionally the whooshing sounds. I had a scan 1 year ago which gave the all clear but these sounds are causing a lot of stress Any similar examples.. please share

My specialist nurse always tells me to let them know if any thing changes.

Maybe best to get in touch or speak to your GP just to check all ok

yes I get the whoosing- is v annoying! Particularly bad when I am tired.

I get bad vertigo also when I lie flat. I was told it was vertigo and I needed my ear crystals manipulated… I saw a ent specialist who said they could sort but I haven’t yet.

Thank yiu for sharing, I mentioned this in my last scan a year ago but they said anxiety may be a case and that's it. But a year on it seems more hence why I'm not sure to call now or wait
