Disciplinary procedure

Hi

I posted a query, or rather just sounded out my anxiety and depression caused by being faced with a disciplinary meeting at work due to my rudeness to a customer, caused, I believe, by Cymbalta Discontinuation Syndrome - I lost my job!!

Sorry to hear that. Sounds like one very unsympathetic employer. I came clean to mine a few months ago when there were performance issues and one time when in the kitchen, I loudly cursed owing to the ruminating thoughts and anguish torturing me inside. My managers were supportive and things have been better. I'm not trying to rub it in but seeing your post has made me realise that there are some not so understanding bosses shall we say. All the best in getting a new job - it may be the best thing in the end.
